Dr. Li Shui-Hui, the Assistant Professor and Director of Graduate Program in Japan studies, NCCU was invited by CJS to lecture, on Oct. 7, 2014, on Post-war Japanese economic security. Dr. Li elaborated how Japan develop and maintain its economic security strategy by non-military means in the post-war period and the dilemma that Japan faces nowadays in the economic competition between the U.S. and China.
