Dr. Hyeyoung Chang, Professor of Chung-Ang University (Korea), was invited by CJS to give lecture on Jan. 6, 2015. Dr. Chang shared her research on the relationship among three phenomenon in the case of Korea-Japan relations: public opinion, diplomatic policy, and ODA. Dr. Lin Wen-Cheng and Dr. Kuo Yujen, the Director and the Chief Executer of CJS, respectively, exchanged the opinions with Dr. Chang by the end of the lecture.
