Japan Center for East Asian Studies is very honored to invite Director Makoto Ogata of Interchange Association (Japan), Taipei Office to visit National Sun Yat-sen University and give us an insightful speech. The speech delivered by Director Ogata is "Japan’s Defense Policy-Establishment of Dynamic Joint Defense Force".
