CJS Director Dr. Yujen Kuo moderated the symposium "US-China Military Rivalry and the Security of Taiwan Strait," Sep. 2, 2020, Taipei. Director Kuo shared latest research and brainstormed with the panelists and the audience about the future of US-China-Taiwan political-military dynamics.

Director Kuo warned that Taiwan's coastline and military preparation would efficiently keep PLA invasion in check, while the gray zone struggles between peacetime and hot war could impact morale.

The symposium was co-hosted by INPR and TSJS. Director Kuo is also INPR director and TSJS vice president.
