CJS Director Dr. Yujen Kuo gave speech "Taiwan's Diplomatic Challenges in Indo-Pacific" at Ketagalan Institute (凱達格蘭學校) on Dec. 12, 2020. Dr. Kuo introduced global geopolitical development involving Taiwan recently and analyzed Taiwan's diplomatic challenges and opportunities in the new Indo-Pacific dynamics.

 

Dr. Kuo's speech was one of the series speeches at Ketagalan Institute's course "National Leadership and Development Strategy." Other speakers include Legislative Yuan Speaker You Si-kun (游錫堃), Digital Minister Audrey Tang (唐鳳), former President Chen Sui-bian, etc. Ketaglan Institute was founded by Taiwan's former President Chen Sui-bian to nurture future Taiwan leaders.
